We also excel with all types of customer service given, in case their are any problems with your order. Our return policy is as stated: RETURNS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge or help with a fix over the phone with one of our techs. All returns are paid for by the buyer.  The shipping price is not refundable with any return.  If the item is returned because it's Not Needed/Wanted and never opened, we can issue a full product refund minus only the original shipping charge/actual shipping cost. If the item is returned and was used, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or lower. If there is any defect, damage, or fault with a product, we can send out parts only for warranty issues, within the given warranty time frame. (WARRANTY ONLY COVERS PARTS, SHIPPING OF THE PART IS PAID FOR BY THE BUYER AND WE DO NOT COVER ANY INSTALLATION ASPECTS FOR PARTS SENT, NOR DO WE COVER LOCAL REPAIRS). ALL RETURNS ARE PAID FOR BY THE BUYER! WE ONLY COVER DAMAGE FOR ANY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DROP-SHIP/FREIGHT FORWARDING BUSINESS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES, ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE USA BUSINESS.
