Shipping policy

Your order will ship out within 2 Business Days or less with Freight orders via LTL Freight Courier of our choosing (Roadrunner Freight/R+L Carriers/FedEx Freight/YRC Freight); these orders require buyers contact number and a confirmation for curbside/edge of the driveway delivery via liftgate; unless a loading dock is present at the address given. Contact Phone numbers will need to be confirmed for via email, as we will need this before shipping. Freight orders will always ship in a wooden crate, for protection during transit. Small orders will ship via UPS Ground.

We can only ship these products within the Mainland/Continental U.S.A., we do not ship to P.O. Box's, AK, HI, PR, or FPO's/APO's (Any orders placed to these locations will be cancelled). We do not have any Expedited Shipping Services.

** We cannot currently ship any of the Hydrotherapy Bathtubs we sell to the state of New York or other states that have strict bathtub laws requiring UL/UPC/cUPC certifications on the tubs. Please check with us before placing an order to ensure any local code enforcement will require UL/UPC/cUPC. **

**NOTE: some remote and far away addresses (Long Island NY, FL, MN, MN, etc.) will have a shipping surcharge due to increasing shipping prices!**

**FREIGHT COURIER DELIVERY INFORMATION** The Freight Courier we use will call prior to delivery, to setup the delivery date/time. Business Address's that have Dock's are highly recommended for delivery. Standard residential delivery is curbside/edge of the driveway delivery via liftgate.  Freight orders will always ship in a wooden crate, for protection during transit.   If you live in the following locations please let us know, as delivery may not be possible: Non-Mainland/Island U.S. locations that have to be accessed via bridge (Florida Keys, Nantucket Island, Martha's Vineyard, Areas off of Washington, etc.).
